Who writes them
The guides are written by Apino. Every day we load data from the Slovak register of legal entities, the Financial Administration's lists, the register of financial statements and the Peppol network. The guides explain what that data means for invoicing and for checking companies.
We use AI tools when writing. Every claim is checked against the source the guide names.
How we check facts
- We read laws in their current version on Slov-Lex and cite the section and subsection. Where the wording changes from a given date, we say which date it applies from.
- Financial Administration guidance is cited with its date. When a newer version comes out, we read the guide against it again.
- Figures from the registers are our own measurements, always with the date they apply to.
- What is only a bill is marked as a bill. What is our reading of the law is marked as our reading.
- Under the title of every guide is a "Checked against" line, and at the end a list of sources.
The answer first
The question you came with is answered in the first sentences. If one of our tools answers it, the tool is at the top. Details and exceptions follow.
How we mention Apino
We mention Apino where it actually helps, and we name the other routes: the Financial Administration portal, the register itself or simply asking the partner. We do not promise what our data cannot deliver. We do not read the insolvency register, for example, and the guide says so. There are no sponsored posts and no affiliate links.
Personal data
On the website we do not show the address, tax number or licence number of sole traders and other natural persons. Examples in the guides come only from companies and public bodies.
Images
Images show real results from our tools or figures from our data, always dated. No stock photos and no AI-generated illustrations.
Corrections
If you find a mistake, write to support@apino.sk. We correct it and change the update date. That date only changes when the content really changes.
