In brief
- Every night we compare the registers with the day before and record the changes in one feed.
- You hold the list of companies (the cursor API) or we do (a watchlist with a webhook or an email).
- It covers the company register, the Financial Administration's lists, the Register of Financial Statements and the Peppol network.
- When nothing changed, nothing is sent.
- Sources
- RPO, the Slovak Financial Administration, the Register of Financial Statements, Peppol, Czech VAT lists
- Detection
- daily, after each source's nightly sync
- Delivery
- webhooks at 5:30 UTC, the email digest at 6:00 UTC, the API at any time
- Endpoints
- /changes (since_id cursor, up to 100 company IDs), /changes/export (a day in one file)
What is tracked
- Register: name, address, legal form, activities, officers, shareholders, share capital, establishment and termination.
- VAT: registration, erasure, grounds for cancellation, the Czech unreliable payer status.
- Tax: a change of the tax reliability index.
- Financial statements: a new filing, and a statement that has not arrived.
- E-invoicing: a company registering on the Peppol network.
Three ways to receive them
- Cursor API: send a list of company IDs and since_id, get everything new and a next_cursor for the next call. No change is lost or repeated.
- Webhook: a signed request (HMAC over a timestamp) to your endpoint, retried on failure.
- Email: a daily digest for people who will never call an API — an accountant with clients, for one.
